Mr. Gill is Managing Director of DMI and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined DMI in 2006 and has since overseen the growth of the company from an idea phase through international award winning product design, to patent grants and regulatory approvals such that the organization is now executing its commercialization phase. He has put together an organization that will be capable of delivering the business plan goals over the coming years and take the company to the next level.

Mr. Gill has more than 20 years of international experience in management, P&L responsibility, sales and business development in high technology industries. Prior to joining DMI, Mr. Gill held management positions with DSM (a Dutch specialty chemicals producer), Kaneka (a Japanese specialty chemicals producer) and De Beers Industrial Diamonds.

Mr. Gill received his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in 1986. He is fluent in English, Dutch and three Indian languages.

Dr. Popov is a member of the DMI Medical Advisory Board.

He is a globally recognized allergologist. He is a Professor at the University of Sofia, Clinical Centre of Allergology and Head of the Clinical-Laboratory Department. He is President of the Union of Bulgarian Medical Societies, Member and International Distinguished Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and member of several other national and international medical boards active in the field of allergological science and medicine. He is a consultant to Astra Zeneca, Novartis, Schering Plough and other companies in the health care industry. Dr. Popov specializes in the areas of asthma diagnosis and treatment, methods for evaluation of airway inflammation and other related areas and has been published widely in industry journals.

Dr. Popov received his M.D., academic Ph.D. in Medicine and specialty qualification in Clinical Allergology from the Medical University of Sofia. He resides in Bulgaria and is fluent in several foreign languages including English, German and Russian.

Mr. Mankarios is a member of the Board of Directors of DMI and former Chairman and CEO of Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd.

Mr. Mankarios has over 40 years of international business management experience including Bell Canada, The Pan Arab Computer Centre in Kuwait, and Philips Electronics in The Netherlands, Dubai and Singapore.

Mr. Mankarios was born in Alexandria, Egypt and studied at University of Alexandria, Egypt. He is a Canadian citizen and fluent in English, French and Arabic.
